With access to the right resources, girls can become empowered by their own abilities and gain the confidence to fulfill their potential. We provide our girls with access to professionals in their field for first-hand experiences, seminars, workshops, and more.
Support is by no means an easy feat. Through cooperation and community empowerment, we can build a positive and safe family for our girls. We are always striving to make a difference through encouragement and guidance.
Our community is full of people who want to help. We connect our girls with mentors who stick with them as their personal guide and friend throughout their experiences as a growing woman.
I am Angel Morris, a believer, an entrepreneur, and a community leader. My true passion is to serve young people and help them tap into their potential for greatness. As a celebrated hair stylist, my brand IAME encourages individuals to know the essence of who they are, while also living in their truth. My platform as a stylist opened my eyes and filled my heart with the motivation to use my voice and life experiences
to teach and amplify the voices
of other young women.
For the past two decades, I have served as a youth leader working with both teenagers and young adults. My greatest joy is to equip these young people with the knowledge and resources to transform their passion to purpose as they grow into prolific and remarkable members of our community.

My name is Jocelyn Leaf, and I am from Florence, SC. I relocated to Charlotte 5 years ago. I have been mentoring teens for 7 years. I am also an Exercise Physiologist and the owner of GET UP, GET MOVING LLC. I believe that it is my calling to serve others. Serving to help people become more spiritually, physically, and mentally healthy is my passion. A quote that I was taught when I was younger that I continue to live by and pass on to others is: “Whatever you do, strive to do it so well that no man living and no man dead and no man yet to be born could do it any better.”
